Reworked outdoor conversation distribution. There are now color coded badges that indicate whether you are continuing a conversation you started (purple), continuing a conversation someone else started (red), or starting a new conversation (gold). This plus background changes should even out the opportunities to start new conversations. It may take a little while for the new balance to settle in. More outdoor conversation hover context to tell you what will happen if you interact with someone. Fixed the Banini Slug sticker decoration not showing up. WAKE UP BANINI!
