Update 1.2 Hotfix 2 — Hell Clock Steam update #921137

Hey Players, 1.2 was supposed to have active cooldown reduction effects respect a "min cooldown" setting on every Skill, to prevent the crazy manalooping shenanigans we had in the past. Due to an oversight on our part, this was not properly implemented, but it is fixed now! Fixed an issue where Active Cooldown Reduction was not respecting a Skill's min Cooldown value;We are still looking into the issue where channeled Skills (Repeater and Double Knives) are not being properly interrupted. We hope to have a patch out that fixes this tomorrow. Abraços, ~The Hell Clock Team
