Update notes for version 1.12 — Terror of the Seven Seas Steam update #929468

1. Fixed achievements that were not incremented correctly. 2. Capturing ships during port battles counts them as being destroyed. 3. Scuttling a surrender ship during port battles no longer counts as destroyed twice. 4. Improved quest handling of destroyed, surrendered or captured ships and spawning of the ships with certain quests. 5 Press F to Dock should no longer flicker if two ports are nearby..
