Hey everyone! This patch fixes another couple of bugs. Bug fixes: * FIxed savegames loading with an incorrect game speed applied * Fixed a bug causing bots to get confused when to expand their cities * Fixed a "Missing building on tile" desync when upgrading a residence Update 15.
