Update Notes for August 13th — College Baseball: Dynasty Builder Steam update #943005

Thank you guys for a great launch. Here is a little update to fix a few things. Postseason stat tracking should be working again. Transfer Portal Change for 9 Prestige and 10 Prestige teams. Going to allow 9 and 10 Prestige teams to have reduced chances of their bench players leaving their school. Instead of 70% it will be 50%. This will allow the top teams to keep a few more players than usual. Especially since they lose a higher amount of players to the pro draft.
