Fixed quick access window to cities and battalions in the global game mode. Fixed bugs in some events. Fixed generation of resources at the start of a new game (even distribution of metals and oil on the map). Fixed collision with some trees. Fixed appearance of rebels at high stability in the republic. Fixed a bug in researches menu (displaying information about the duration).
