Demo Update – Save Data Fix (we gave it the boot) — GLUM Steam update #944736

Greetings, Goblin Gang! First off, massive boot salute to @Dynamo on our Community Discord for spotting a sneaky little bug skulking around. Turns out, some old save data was lingering like a chicken ready for the kick, refusing to let you experience the fresh, crispy content we lovingly prepared for Steam Next Fest. Unacceptable. Now, despite the flu currently speedrunning a 100% completion run on Team CinderCat, we mustered up our goblin strength, sniffled our way through the code, and kicked that bug straight into oblivion. That means you’ll now load into the right level every time, so you won’t accidentally miss out on, say… a certain mysterious church 👀 ⚠️ Heads up! This fix means your game data will reset ONCE after updating. It’s a one-time boot to the system, and after that, your progress will save properly, and you’ll be back to wreaking havoc in no time!
