I just pushed an update that should fix a problem that said something like "engine/external/binser.lua:539: C:/Users/UserName/AppData/Roaming/SNKRX/state: No such file or directory". This affected most players who tried to run the game for the first time. Sorry about this and I hope you can enjoy the game now!
