General — Diminishing Returns rolling timer duration reduced from 30 to 25 seconds, generally making all CC shorter if used too often. — Shadow Orbs now ignore targets affected by hard CC or forced movement effects. — Rune of Acceleration now reduces cooldowns by 4% (was 5%). — Rune of Clarity now increases resource gain by 7% (was 8%). Warrior — Killing Edge cooldown reduced from 12 to 10 seconds. — Bladewave cooldown reduced from 8 to 7 seconds. — Wind Slash radius reduced from 3 to 2 meters. — Dormant Steel tooltip no longer says it increases your melee attack range (as it doesn’t).
