Regional soft-lock fix — The Kobolds Left Behind Steam update #95768

Fix for an issue affecting some people where cutscenes would get stuck and softlock the game. This issue affected people who had their computer region settings set for comma for decimal. For instance, systems that display numbers like "3,14" instead of "3.14" The game has been updated to properly handle this case, which should help our friends in other countries and regions. To verify you have the update: check the build date. It will be updated in the bottom left corner of the main menu to today, 7/10. If this issue previously affected you, I would recommend starting from a fresh save file or using the level skip feature to skip forward to where you were previously. (Otherwise, don't worry about it if you were previously unaffected)
