Boss phase-based attack power increase adjusted from 0%/10%/30% to 0%/5%/10%. Fixed several incorrect descriptions. Mob HP reduced from 150 to 120. Tortan's Skill 1 and Skill 2 damage reduced by 10 each. (110 -> 100, 140 -> 130) Fixed a bug where only two Abilities would appear when a max-level Ability was present.
