Balance Characters Business Woman: No longer slowed between shots; increased slow effect while attacking to compensate (from 0.5 to 0.33). Also, increased her damage (from 2 to 2.5). Viking: First bullets are now more accurate, but precision decreases at full attack speed (from 30° to 45°). Sheriff: faster reload, more range, slightly reduced damage. Policeman: Increase damage per bullet (2.75 -> 4), increased penetration, and reduced reload time. Sniper: Fix sniper damage upgrades not applying correctly and slightly reduced base sniper damage.
