Added English voice for the Viking character. Changed the mouse cursor in both the menu and in-game. Increased the size of upgrade synergy stars in the pause menu. Added an animation for upgrade synergy stars when opening a chest. Minibullets now deal fixed damage instead of a percentage of the weapon's damage. The "bullets per shot" upgrade now fires normal bullets, and make the owner deals less damage. Display upgrade synergy stars in the bottom panel of the screen when obtaining an upgrade from a chest.
