Beta Update 0.8.1.24 — Vanguard Galaxy Steam update #988975

Hello captains,We're on the last stretch for wrapping up this beta now, so expect mostly balance and bugfixes after this. As such, it is only available if you switch to the beta branch of Vanguard Galaxy to test out these new changes.
