Beta Update 0.8.1.10 — Vanguard Galaxy Steam update #988989

Hello captains,A whole bunch of fixes, hopefully ECHO behaves now when involving herself in boarding and all that fun stuff. :)Update availabilityThis update is still under active development. As such, it is only available if you switch to the beta branch of Vanguard Galaxy to test out these new changes.
