Patch Notes — Power Steam update #992273

Did a clean sweep release where we fixed up as many terrible and annoying bugs as possible. We hope this release is super smooth and brings the game together even more as follows: Fixed bug in CTF where late joining player goes onto the wrong team after game win. Closed the open areas around the island. Fixed guns not firing in the direction of the crosshair sometimes. Fixed jittery/laggy spectator camera. Increased bullets fired from the shotgun by 5. Reduced the speed of the rocket. Reduced the damage done by the rocket. Added the ability to shoot down rockets with other guns. Fixed skiing acceleration while on water. Added more acceleration to skiing overall. Increased jetpack refuel rate while on ground and in air. Reduced the jetpack fuel burn rate. Fixed frame rate drops when firing weapons. Fixed frame rate drop when explosions are close to your camera.
