Continuing to fix more bugs from the recent beta test sessions as follows: Fixed all remaining lobby menu bugs including avatars not showing, clients showing as "Host", previously selected character showing before selecting a new one, and HUD showing on client. Fixed how items are ejected from loot cubes. Fixed the weapons not spawning enough from loot cubes. Reduced the effectiveness of the rocket.
