- THIS APP IS NOW RETIRED - 21 January 2024
As some of you may noticed (or did not) since January 19th, 2024 - Ultimate Fishing Simulator VR & VR DLCs are NO LONGER available in the Steam store. Everyone - who owned a UFS VR (app) or VR DLCs - received the same content in Ultimate Fishing Simulator (app) and all owned DLCs. The VR app will be no longer updated (besides the last patch) and is officially EOL & EOS (end-of-life, end-of-support). The reason for that as we said in the previous announcement is in general to UNITE everyone, so finally NON-VR players can play with VR players - faster updates, easier support, and so on. So here is a short sum-up of how it worked. IF YOU HAD THIS > YOU GET THIS: Ultimate Fishing Simulator VR > Ultimate Fishing Simulator + VR DLC Ultimate Fishing Simulator VR: Moraine Lake DLC > Ultimate Fishing Simulator: Moraine Lake DLC Ultimate Fishing Simulator VR: Kariba Dam DLC > Ultimate Fishing Sim…

- Meet the Pelagic fish | Upcoming Florida DLC - 14 December 2023
Continuing our exciting journey through the Florida DLC for Ultimate Fishing Simulator, this week we're venturing into the realm of Pelagic Fish. After exploring the coastal species last week, we're now heading into the open ocean for some of the most exhilarating catches in the game. Here's what you can look forward to in the Florida DLC: Blue marlin (new model) The Blue Marlin, recognized for its distinct bill, employs this feature in predation, yet the precise extent of its use remains enigmatic. A comprehensive 2007 Japanese study examined the stomach contents of fish captured in a commercial trolling fishery, yielding intriguing findings. Among 227 blue marlins studied, a remarkable 130 undigested prey items exhibited injuries like spearing and slashing, suggesting that the bill played a significant role in their capture. Yellowfin tuna (new model) The overfishing of yellowfin tuna…

You'll have the chance to test your skills against three incredible shark species, each with its characteristics and challenges. Spinner Shark The Spinner Shark has a unique hunting strategy.
