  HEY ALL! Thank you so much for all those who participated in the tournament, so many issues have been reported/fixed for early access. Congrats to GrimReality for reaching wave 30 and taking the 1st place spot. The biggest and and most important test has been proven: the game is stable enough to be played for hours at a time even with too many enemies on the screen. As a single developer and with this being my first game this was something that really needed to be proven before the early access release. The Early Access build has been resubmitted after getting some feedback from Steam and should be available in the next few days! • Final Early Access and Tournament Delay - 25 March 2022

  Bad news: I don't want to release the game into early release before it is ready for it and although it is close, it is not quite ready. I will need about one more week of programming and then about 2-3 weeks for testing and bug fixes. That puts us at April 20th as the final date for early access. This also applies to the $500 tournament, since the game has changed so much, I had to wipe the leaderboard and as such, we will need more time to fill it back up. Good news: There are am whole bunch of new skills and character models to choose from. A new character customization system (albeit an early version). along with a ton of new polish and UI changes as well as general balancing in the game. Expect more updates in the next few days but the leaderboard will remain in tact until the end of the alpha season 1 (april 20th). CHEERS!

  Hey Everyone! Sad Gandalf here, unfortunately I had to delay both the early access release as well as the end date of the tournament. Both are being extended for March 25 2022. I had to take some time off due to having COVID and there was no way I could finish everything that needed to be done by this time.   Thank you so much for the continued support! Today I am excited to share the newest update that I have been working on. Along with a major re-haul of the MAGE Class - including 6 new abilities with special care taken to the feel and usability of the class. MAGE has been given it's first 6 skills which represent the default build which the mage will come with post alpha. During alpha each class will have only a default build and through alpha into beta more skills will be added to the skill tree for each class. Eventually the plan is to have 24 skills for each character including a set of global skills which can be used with any class. GLOBAL DODGE has been added which will activate when and direction key is pressed twice. VOID ZOMBIES game mode has been added. Below are detail:

• Demo Patch 1.0.7 - 29 July 2021

  In this minor update I have added the ability to choose a class. -Created classes and Class/Character are now chosen in the main menu, before entering a game. -Included classes are: Mage, Warloc, Warrior, Shaman, Rogue, Cleric In the future you will be able to level up your characters, unlock new skills, change your build and skins. Please note that all classes are works in progress and they will be getting significantly more unique and interesting with upcoming updates. Currently there are 24 skills in the game and that will be doubled in and update later this month. I am very open to people's suggestions for both new classes as well as new abilities (or edits to existing). If you are here this early in the development, THANK YOU! You are amazing!

• July Major Update - 20 July 2021

  I am very happy to announce that the final patch of alpha season 1 has been uploaded. I have gotten an amazing response and have been more than glad to provide daily updates and testing to get things up to par with what would be considered a "working game" Today's patch includes the final piece of the puzzle in the form of full prediction for projectiles so no matter what the latency state, the game will feel smooth. The next update will be the start of alpha season 2 and I will make a big announcement about the first ever Void Arena Tournament that I will be hosting.
