- Brendan Keogh's Putting Land: Now available on Playdate! - 23 October 2024
Hi everyone! Thanks again for all your support with Brendan Keogh's Putting Challenge over the last couple of years! I'm so thrilled at how well it has been received. The last couple of years I have been working on a new game, Brendan Keogh's Putting Land, for Panic's Playdate console, and I'm excited to announce it is available now on the Playdate's Catalog store. I remade the game from the ground up, thinking of it as sort of like a 'Gameboy demake' of a Super NES game. The game has two brand new golf courses, as well as a brand new hitting mode that uses the crank like a cute little golf club. If you have a Playdate, please check it out! Cheers Brendan
- REMOTE PLAY TOGETHER FEST 2024 - 13 February 2024
It's that time of the year again, that's right- political discourse season. No not really, well probably, who knows. Nah, we're talking about STEAM'S REMOTE PLAY TOGETHER FEST!! What that means is, BKPC is currently on sale, so you can finally buy it for roughly its original full price! The benefit of this though, is you can PLAY WITH YOUR FRIENDS using Steam's nifty feature that allows you to remotely play together, using one single copy of the game. For anyone unsure how to even DO Remote Play Together, it's super simple and Steam even made a simple guide https://store.steampowered.com/app/1625830/Brendan_Keoghs_Putting_Challenge/ If you've already purchased, played and enjoyed BKPC (thank you), but make sure you leave a positive review telling everyone just how dumb and good this game is. You'd be surprised how beneficial they are. Happy Remote Playing Together! - Paper House ːwombat…
- BKPC Is Actually On Sale This Time - 23 November 2023
We did it. We managed to not mess up the Steam backend and actually make the game on sale. Yeah we know it's probably similar to whatever the previous price was, but you know what they say- "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush". Not entirely sure what it means, but it feels like a golfing term? It has birdies and bushes. Either way BKPC is on sale at the moment and that includes the OST and the Golf Buggy DLC. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1625830/Brendan_Keoghs_Putting_Challenge/ You can play this game online with Steam Remote Play Together as well. It's surprisingly easy to use and also means you only need one copy of the game to play with all your mates. If you've picked up the game and have enjoyed it, please leave a positive review. Brendan made this game all by himself and he's not even a real programmer, so it will make him really happy. We should also point out that…
- BKPC is on "Sale" for MIGW23 - 22 September 2023
It's the Melbourne International Games Week Steam Event! It's a fantastic event which showcases a bunch of locally made games and features demos, sales and broadcasts! To celebrate, Brendan Keogh's Putting Challenge will be "on sale"* for the new price of $5.99 USD, which is roughly a 15% increase! If you act now you can pay even more than previously!! Yes, clearly something is going on here. Valve recently changed the rules around the cost of games and the minimum for sales. BKPC fell well well below that threshold so we've updated the cost to reflect these changes, but that also meant we weren't allowed to officially discount the game. Ha Ha Whoops! https://store.steampowered.com/app/1625830/Brendan_Keoghs_Putting_Challenge/ We'll be putting the game on discount in the future, so don't worry about that (when we're allowed). Also! if you've already purchased it, thanks for the support!…
