- Devlog #19: Behind the Scenes - 9 September 2026
Greetings, Martian Farmers! đ±đIt's been a while since our last Devlog. What a time, dear farmers!A lot has happened since then. We started working with a publisher, expanded our team, and AGRONOM itself became a much more serious project for us.Thanks for staying tuned, for your messages, questions and concerns! This will not be our usual Devlog. No strict sections about visuals or gameplay this time. Instead, we want to show you what development actually looks like from our side: real tasks, new features, weird bugs, experiments and, of course, some team's memes.Relax and have fun!To celebrate the start of our work with Skystone Games, we created our new Re-Announcement Trailer.Working with the publisher also means that we now work closely with some really experienced people. One of them is David Brevik, one of the creators of Diablo and one of the key members of Skystone Games. He aâŠ
- Devlog #18: Big Decisions, Steady Progress - 28 April 2026
Greetings, Martian Farmers! đ±đThis month was full of difficult and important decisions, and all of them directly affect AGRONOM â so you deserve to know.We have chosen our publisher. They will not only help us with the release process, but will also become a strong and important long-term partner for AGRONOM throughout the rest of its journey. We are not ready to share all the details just yet, because this is something we want to announce properly â and loudly. More news soon!At the same time, development was absolutely not on pause. We kept working hard, and we have a lot to show.Letâs take a look!VisualsOre SmelterIf you joined our playtests, you probably remember smelting ore in the furnaces inside the Universal Compartment to create new products. Now this process is moving outside â where this kind of dirty work probably belongs. - Devlog #17: Small Month, Big Progress - 7 March 2026
Greetings, Martian Farmers! đ±đFebruary turned out to be a slightly shorter month, and so is this Devlog. Still, we managed to move quite a few things forward, and we are happy to share what we have been working on recently. Letâs take a look! VisualsComposterWe updated the 3D model of the Composter to add more detail and make its upper section more fabric-like. This change will allow us to animate it properly. The idea is simple: when compost is being produced, the upper part slowly inflates as if it is filling up. After the cycle finishes, it deflates again. A small detail, but it gives the machine a bit of life. ContainersContainers also received a redesign. The new version now consists of six small boxes. You place the base container first, and then expand it with additional storage boxes depending on your needs. This makes storage feel more modular and easier to understand visuallâŠ

We were wrapping up the year, polishing a lot of things behind the scenes, taking a bit of rest, and gathering energy for what is shaping up to be a very important year for AGRONOM. A release year. That means we now have plenty of things to show and talk about. Letâs jump right in. Visuals Refreshing Our Early ConceptsWe revisited some of our earliest concepts to make sure the overall visual style of AGRONOM feels cohesive, bold, and expressive. The concepts and the resulting models are now more detailed and better aligned with the current look of the game.Take a look at the updated concepts for the new Container and the Industrial Furnace. Before we step into 2026, weâd love to look back at what an incredible year this has been âïžFinding the AGRONOM identityAt the beginning of the year, we focused on defining and stabilizing the visual identity of AGRONOM. We developed concept art and immediately validated it through 3D production, allowing us to move quickly from ideas to real in-game assets. This is how key elements like Rusty, the Robot Helpers, the Greenhouse, and the Universal Compartment came to life and formed the foundation of the gameâs world đFrom preparation to our first big revealAll this work led to a major milestone in AâŠ

How did your feedback shift our plans? And what have we been building throughout the month? Here is your fresh Devlog packed with answers.Visuals A Completely New Generation of PlantsAbout three months ago we began reworking every single plant in AGRONOM. The older versions no longer fit the new visual tone of the game, especially after the upgrades to buildings and robots. We decided to take plants in a different directionâaway from realism and toward a stylized look that better fits our Eastern-European-inspired Martian setting. The result is softer, brighter, more expressive plants that feel right at home on your red patch of soil. Here are a few samples of the new look. Tell us what you thinkâwe genuinely want to hear yourâŠ
