  For a limited time during Steam Fest, the OPERATIVES: Revolve demo is being extended with an additional playable Operative. MysticA captivating performer of Doctrine’s divinity. She designs beliefs, cultivates desire, and turns forbidden chemicals into irresistible, sacred miracles. Mystic brings a highly cyclical playstyle built around manipulating her deck, rapidly digging for cards, and converting that draw power into calculated, repeated effects. Prophecy & SpectralProphecy allows Mystic to rapidly dig through her deck in search of cards with a different activation color. Without proper preparation, however, Prophecy can fail to find a card. When Prophecy successfully finds one, it can also trigger additional Spectral effects. TrickTrick lets Mystic return cards to the top of her draw pile, helping set up Prophecy. • Demo 0.2 - QOL + Mechanics Updates - 4 May 2026

  Demo Update: Faster Tempo, Smoother GameplayThere have been many minor updates to improve the gameplay feel in the demo. The game tempo is now faster, but that does not mean there is less strategy involved. Auto DrawThe draw turn now distributes cards automatically, allowing for smoother gameplay. This also means you can no longer easily adjust card positions during the draw turn to manipulate enemy attack directions, but you can still plan ahead for the next turn. Drag AttackYou can now drag and release cards onto enemies to launch them. This feature is enabled by default for new players. Existing players can enable it in the pause menu. New Run Deck VisualizationStarting a new run now has better visualization for randomized cards.Each run starts with 10 cards. • Demo - Update - 14 February 2026

  14/2/2026Thank you for the support and helpful feedback. After some tests, I’d like to share a few gameplay interaction updates. Important changes:During the draw phase, cards are now dealt automatically to your left and right sides, evenly. You only need to adjust placement when the draw overflows. Swift now triggers when you end the draw phase, drawing extra cards directly onto the side that has Swift. Charging and activating cards has been updated: drag a card onto an enemy (or to the top of the screen) to charge it and enter targeting, then release on an enemy to attack. The previous charge and targeting method still works. If you’d like, please share how these changes feel (or any thoughts about the game).
