- Real Pause & Optimizations - 30 July 2026
Howdy, another small-ish patch coming through Firstly, I have finally added a real in game pause that actually freezes the game and doesn't just open the menu. This has been quite requested, and I apologize it took so long to implement. I've also done another round of optimization. This should make the game run a bit smoother, especially on Steamdeck. Last main addition is a widget in the main menu to show you some games me and my friends have been working on. You can toggle this off in the settings if it is ruining your vibe. Other notable changes:Fixed some visual bugs on the SteamdeckFixed some visual bugs for non standard resolutionsTried to fix an error that caused controllers and Steamdecks to not select buttons in the main menuFixed an error where the mouse control cursor would show up in play while using a controllerThanks for playing!

Howdy, small patch to fix some issues that just won't got away- Hopefully fixed an issue where save files could sometimes become corrupted. It's been hard to nail down the exact cause of this, but with any luck this patch should fix it - Hopefully fixed an issue where some people weren't getting Steam achievements. - New Languages, Steamdeck Verification & Controller Support - 11 February 2026
Howdy After a few requests, I've added some new languages to the game. These languages are: Czech, Hungarian, Italian, Turkish, Romanian, Polish, Thai, Ukrainian, Chinese (Traditional) In addition to that, the game is also now Steamdeck Verified. If you played it on Steamdeck before this week, a few things have changed:Steamdeck now defaults to Controller as standard input, however you can change this back to mouse controls in the settings if you'd prefer.The game now supports the native Steamdeck resolution of 1280 x 800The game will run alot smoother than it did previouslyAfter fixing a few bugs, I've updated controller support from beta to full controller support. Here's a small update that optimizes the game a lil bit. It should now run faster and use less memory. Additionally I fixed an issue where the resolution and display settings weren't being set properly. Cheers and thanks for playing!
- Beta Controller Support + Settings - 25 January 2026
Howdy, I finally managed to finish adding controller support to the game, aswell as the option to control the ship with your keyboard (WASD and arrow keys). I've currently listed it as "Beta" controller support, but will update the games Steam page to "Full controller support" once I can be sure it is bug free. In addition to that, I've added a couple new settings:A toggle to unlock the mouse from the game windowA toggle to turn off screenshakeA slider to change the size of the in-run cursor so that it can be see more easily if necessaryCheers, and thanks for playing

Merry Christmas! We have just hit 10k units sold, which is amazing. Another huge thank you to everyone who has purchased and played the game. Existing stats will not be modified.- Fixed an issue that caused lazer loot upgrades to sometimes not be applied correctly- Fixed an issue where upgrades were being capped at the wrong level- Fixed some minor UI issues

Howdy againWith this second patch I am aiming to fix a couple of the issues that have been brought up in the discussions and reviews, aswell as fix a couple more bugs. Overwhelmingly the most requested feature has been to speed up the process of opening lootboxes which I have added as an upgrade, and I think you'll find quite enjoyable. Howdy, here is the first patch for the demo build of Space Rock Breaker If you have given feedback or played the demo, thanks so much! It means a lot, and I've been enjoying watching the let's plays and reading your reviews and feedback. This patch is mostly bug fixes, although there are some small balance changes aswell.Fixed an issue where bullets would clip through asteroids.
