Railroads were unfinished, and the wild west was abandoned. Yuram Owl is a highborn socialite who has seen this transformation in her city. Newly promoted to a command position in the Ick Corp, she has big plans to take the company in a new direction. And her plans are a direct a threat to Xaug's long-term schemes.
