- Clockwillows™ Voy Quest – Bug Alert - 3 October 2026
I’ve found a bug involving the inns: specifically the second, third, and last ones. Staying at any of these causes a loss of input navigation, making it impossible to return to the city. The bug will be fixed shortly; it is linked to the new game interface, which is currently undergoing various updates and modifications and requires changes related to the new version of the engine.

Along with the lights and shadows I'm also updating the textures. At first, it might have seemed like a game suitable only for children, but along the way I decided to change the target audience. I used a lot of text in the game and the menus were not intended for them but for an audience of 12 years and up. - Dev-Diary #5 – Lights, Shadows and New Atmospheres - 4 August 2026
For the next update, version 1.3.0, the game will be transformed with a new graphical look: in addition to the previous light and retro-style shadows that will still be used on the lower settings while on the higher graphical settings are introduced the new dynamic shadows with increasing detail, a higher hardware level than that currently in use in the technical specifications of the game at launch is recommended.An issue where anti-aliasing wasn't enabled based on the graphics settings has been fixed. I'm currently working on various improvements and optimizations. I've refined a new minimap and made it circular, all icons of interest are now only shown nearby to improve exploration and discovery. Another addition is the interface of dialogues and shops, inns, Collector, improved in design, I removed the text outlines and the color to make it easier to read, I intend to progressively update other game icons where necessary. Today I would like to talk to you specifically about some of the contents of the next update. The new play areas are small and therefore there are no checkpoints, some of them can be completed right away, others as you progress through the story and some require specific post-game equipment to complete them, these small play areas are present in the game map and in dungeons with the aim of increasing the exploratory phases of the game.
