• Bathroom unlocked, New Easy mode and lots more! Table 9 update v1.2.0 - 1 September 2026

The Café Has ChangedTable 9 v1.2.0 is here, bringing new anomalies, more ways to play, and improvements throughout the café.Serve nine tables, study your surroundings, and decide whether everything is as it should be. Stay alert of the new anomalies! The bathroomEvery player has been trying to open the sliding door labelled WC. Now it may open during any turn. Be careful of what you might find inside though.New game modeYou can now choose between two ways to play:Normal Mode includes every anomaly for the complete Table 9 experience, as I intended.Easy Mode excludes the most challenging anomalies for a more approachable shift, for players just trying to have fun casually. Each mode tracks its own best time and world ranking.A better experience in the "normal mode"I took your feedback about the game and where it may have frustrated some players. Some tweaks have been made even in the norma…

• New anomalies and features 🚀 - First update - 11 June 2026

Hey guys, here's what is included in version 1.0.2Brand new anomaliesOne of the most common feedback I've received:Some anomalies are very small / subtle / invisible.Very few anomaliesWhile I was already planning to drop new anomalies soon, I've reorganised the order and am only adding more obvious ones to balance out the game.Slowly we'll be crossing 25 total anomalies, then 30 and hopefully we'll get to 40.Requested features and bug reportsDisable head-bob / swayI hadn't even thought of adding an option to disable headbob - someone on reddit thankfully pointed it out super early and I've just added itPlayers getting stuckIn some of the anomlies, player movement was glitching. That's just been fixed! Hopefully it'll be smooth moving from here onAudio issuesLoop cuts were very noticeable - it breaks the immersion of the game. I did my best to minimize that.My thoughts on the journey so…

• Table 9 is released! - 9 June 2026

It has been 24 hours since I hit this button, and you guys have been amazing so far.First 30 up on the leaderboard already!I had no idea that players of this genre were so dedicated. In about 24 hours, we have 30+ amazing scores up on the leaderboard, it's crazy people are doing sub 2 minutes! 🤯What's to comeAnomaliesI'm working on a lot of creative anomalies. I see that 14 isn't a big number, it was just a starting point.I aim to cross 20 in the next 2 weeks. Beyond that, probably even >30 anomalies. Not just subtle ones, but also some meta one that'll shake you 👻FixesI've received some great feedback so far:Adding option to remove headbob (for motion sickness sensitive players)Capping FPS at 60Fix wall clippingI'm actively seeking feedback on discord or by email, please reach out. This is my first game and I aim to make it as enjoyable for you as I can.I'd love to hear from you, i'm…

• Table 9 Is Getting Darker - 29 April 2026

The night shift is getting worse. Since the first reveal of Table 9, I’ve been pushing the game further into horror. The quiet tension is still there, but the cafe is no longer just strange. It’s becoming far more unsettling. What is Table 9?Table 9 is a short first-person psychological horror game set in a looping European-style specialty cafe. Your job sounds simple:Deliver coffee to 9 tablesWatch the room carefullyReach Table 9But the longer your shift goes on, the harder the cafe becomes to trust. The pivot?I’ve been adding more horror elements to make every run feel more intense and more unnerving.Stronger horror throughout the experienceMore unsettling atmosphereMore tension as each run progressesMore disturbing anomalies creeping into the cafeA sharper contrast between calm routine and growing dreadWhat stays the same? The core loop is still all about observation, memory, and tens…

• Hello world from Table 9! - 6 March 2026

Hello world! From the dev of Table 9, I offer you salutations!I have been living in Barcelona for the last few years and one day I was just making my coffee at home when I thought, there's no game that allows me to do latte art, is there?A few weeks of real hard work later, here I am almost ready to release my first full-fledge game called Table 9.You don't wanna make coffee or latte art? No problem. Just deliver 9 orders to their respective tables and then you can go home. Careful though, with every order delivered, just keep your eyes peeled for any unusual occurrence in the cafe. The cafe is designed with inspiration from any small speciality coffee shop in Europe. The customers are simple stylized low-poly humans and I kept them simple so that there's no detail overload in the cafe.See you in the next update!
