Added Enemy Health/Energy Display: Bars will show based on level of monster mastery (See Bestiary) and two new configuration options. Energy bars can be turned on/off. Health bars options: "Always", "Targeting", "Never". Numbers on bars are activated later in mastery progression. Fixed issue with opening Bestiary in a few select areas.
