Patch 1.08 — Reign of the Renegade Steam update #1060696

Got more than I expected done today! Fixed some bugs and went down the balance rabbit hole a bit. I guess this one I'm calling a "Patch"? Fixes: - Jester actually no longer freezes/sleeps you - Fixed crash with Smith Sauce when having Curse/Status in hand. (I swear I tested this yesterday but...) - I BELIEVE I fixed a crash with the Monk class (Fist/Feet) where it was erroring out trying to pull a proficient action (Notable from elites, since they have guaranteed proficient actions). Let me know if you get this again, I think it should be completely squashed. - Sort of a Rework, but Shock was not passing as intended. Reworked how it works, and hopefully better worded it.
