Fixed Cleric - War Domain stacks going past the cap of 25. Cleric - Domain of Light was not properly refreshing the Divine Blessing buff after being upgraded from a Tier 2 -> Tier 3 Cleric. You should now properly see the increased Radiance / Attack Speed on an adjacent tower that has the buff.
