Minor patch to add a mouse disable option — Mage Lords of Brams Steam update #108111

Small patch in an attempt to fix potential cursor drift. You can now disable mouse movement from the options menu. Normally both kb+mouse and controller are active at the same time. This option will disable mouse movement of the cursor. Any drift caused by your mouse while trying to play with your controller will disappear. This will not fix any physical drift problems with an actual controller. I have also removed the AZERTY keyboard option, since the only difference was swapping A with Z for moving up. Now pressing Z will move up on every keyboard (the key was not used before) by default, as will W. The game should work on both qwerty and azerty keyboards by default now.
