Local Multiplayer Grand Prix and More Bug Fixes! — Aero GPX Steam update #1098501

-Added Grand Prix Support to Local Splitscreen Multiplayer -Added Burn Boosts to Spectrum: Super Highway on the third section to make burn path slightly easier -Fixed Bug that allowed for Local Splitscreen to be played with a single player -Fixed Bug that caused Single Player events to not register inputs properly -Fixed Bug that caused the Death Plane to not work properly on Two Dimensions 2 There's some issues that players have been having with local splitscreen multiplayer inputs; I'm still trying to get to the bottom of those. For now, a potential solution that might fix those issues is to disable Steam Cloud functionality for Aero GPX, navigate to /AppData/Local/AeroGPX/Saved/SaveGames and delete CustomUserSettings.sav.
