Version 0.8.20 - Hotfix — Wee Tanks! Steam update #112768

Hey! A quick hotfix, fixing the player 3 and player 4 instant exploding when trying to start a new game. Also; workshop maps should now be available again, but you might need to refresh and convert! Changelog: - Changed how map borders, floor types, and weather stuff are stored (more efficient), so if you notice anything weird with loading/playing a map, please report it - Fixed artboard becoming unusable on low graphics - Fixed old maps are shown at bottom of the map list - No more mass error spam - Debris from explosions doesn't change to brown tank when falling on the floor - Player 3 and 4 , should not blow up anymore
