Update 3 — Kommissar Steam update #1135795

Mellow greetings Comrades As always, thanks to all for your comments and feedback, is really helping us a lot to improve and little by little give shape to the game. After some internal updates in the Steam development branch, we are bringing the 3rd update. This time, focusing in the Map experience where the icons will explain a bit better which officer skill is mainly required to be used, as well as incident extra information to help you take some decisions. The incidents still need some work to be balanced and adapting to game progressive difficulty, as well as story, but now you will be able to get more the feeling of how they will look like. As in previous updates, we have solve some typos and stability issues.
