Major Demo Patch 1.3 - Balance and Tutorial Changes — Fishing Mega-Game Steam update #1199165

With demo patch 1.3 I have aimed to heavily improve the onboarding process. Feedback from playtesters and content creators have made it clear that this was lacking.
