Added dash canceling and some character balancing — Brawlers of Duality Steam update #120463

Added dash canceling on hit for non special moves. ----Character changes---- Yee Haw: Nerfed Yee Haw's aim special to have more recovery, it was too easy to spam. Improved attack speed of aimed heavy attack Kumasi: Increased aim special projectile speed Envoy: Fixed bug where projectile would be invisible on non host's screens ----General changes---- Made cooldown on swapping character more visually clear Updated U.I. to not show item and item stats in pvp modes
