Fix fix a bug introduced from an earlier patch for GameLevel "Apartments" which prevented players from entering a building (a ceiling was too low) fix kill volume (falling from board bridges between buildings in GameLevel "Apartments" kills players) Balance increase duration of all mini-stuns (hitting zombies will stun them for longer) Other add ease-of-use feature: players can press any key to transition through message screens with "continue" button add red flash animation if CreateNewGame button is pressed while SaveSlotName is empty add building material icons to building material thumbnails
