Changed input and readjusted UI elements — Rogue Randy Steam update #12322

Hey guys and gals I changed the way that you can interact with items now. Instead of pressing the 'E' key you press 'I' instead. The 'Spacebar' is used to access the inventory. I tried to make the key configuration more streamlined and less messy. I am right-handed so for all you lefties out there lemme know what you think. I tried to pretend that I was left-handed and realized that the roll button is out of reach and am unsure what to configure the button to. I think the best option would probably be the right alt button but would like to configure it to something with more surface area.
