v5.3 — The Dark: Survival RPG Steam update #1289398

*v5.3 - Water and Menu Hot fix * New dialogue system implemented * Re-wrote some intro quests / a lot more to come * Adjusted some UIs * Settings menu pauses game now * Settings menu now opens while dead * Removed compass * New water shader to fix the horizon line * Fixed notifications, they'd sometimes stack This update is coming fast to fix some things that I feel needed to be fixed now and not after I get the dialogue going more but the next update I will be expanding heavily on quests and dialogue and all the other things i typically update with, such as new items, and functionality.
