Fixed an issue with the mask equipment screen in the character selection menu, where a tiny background bar wouldn't show up for players on the Right Team. Fixed another crash when playing against a CPU Breezedemus. The "Press Start!" message on the Title Screen now displays a gamepad prompt when a gamepad is detected at the start, even if no buttons are pressed.
