Backalley fixes — The Anomaly Department Steam update #13613

Fixed a bug where on the last level of Back Alleys your teammates could spawn outside of the spawn room Enhanced the anomaly camera. This affected the Back Alley the level most but it should make it much better on the Graveyard levels as well. Thanks for all the feedbacks and bug reports. I am still making improvements that will go live in the next week or two. This will include a few more maps as well. :)
