Patch 1.031 Perm Upgrade Cost Rebalancing, Polishing and Qol — Broadside Renegades Steam update #1389980

Update 1.031 is now pushed to the main branch, same changes. Any issues, please let me know here or in the bug reporting thread Balance: -Biggest change due to the most commonly received feedback. Permanent upgrades are now much cheaper, with the largest reductions to the first tier of each upgrade. The intention was never to create a grind, and new players were taking too many runs to get even the cheapest upgrade. This was an oversight due to the test players being really really good at the game now. My math was based on the 2-4k average gold per VICTORY, forgetting that the unusual play style of the game can see new players dying before 100. Moving between the beta and the standard should preserve your upgrade level (even if you buy cheap with the beta and move back to the main branch).
