Update 1.021 UI Upgrade — Broadside Renegades Steam update #1389981

First update everybody: -Changed UI backing in item select screen to clearly differentiate support slot items from weapon slot items. -Added plus icon to make more clear when an item choice is an upgrade to a held item vs a brand new item -When pausing the game, the use item held will show a prompt explaining what it does when activated -Various sound fixes, WIP but focused on the automatic weapons first. Should make them behave more as expected when adjusting volume.
