V0.11.20 - Improvements to proficiency, hanging around, and other things — Heard of the Story? Steam update #1406296

I decided to include new building signs in this update as a little something for Steam's current Medieval Fest. To me, they're one of the most iconic little features from the middle ages (which you can still see on many old English houses today). Hope you like them! :) ✨ Item quality and proficiency improvements Added 3 additional types of house signs for villagers to show off their skills. There is now one for each level of proficiency.
