v1.4 The Color Vision Deficiency Update! — Customer Disservice Steam update #1427913

This update features small improvements, fixes, and most importantly, color vision deficiency modes! No gameplay information is exclusively communicated by color, but there are cases where it helps with clarity. These cases will now have more CVD friendly color palettes if one of the CVD modes is selected in the settings menu.
