Patch 0.3.0-b5(Beta-Branch) — Soulblaze Steam update #17006

I've added experimental Steam leaderboard support. At the end of the run, it should show your place in the list (which will be mostly empty at this point)I've also added Stop Sign rooms. Rooms with these stop signs will force you to enter them before continuing.
