Before that, when you rolled Resonance, all Tricks with equal base costs get a Resonance bonus. For example Snap and Pout with cost 2 would get a bonus from Resonance 2. Now the bonus is applied to current / remaining cost. That means you can deliberately, for example, bring Headbutt down from cost 4 to 2 and then try to roll Resonance 2 to get a bonus for Snap, Pout, and Headbutt.
