2019-04-22 General: -Added russian translation (incomplete) -Updated french translation Bugs: -Disabling disasters now work correctly. -Greatly reduced chances of disasters happening for all difficulties. -Transporters can no longer leave resources in unfinished storage buildings, should fix storage building not getting constructed properly. -Stone house now correctly reports all 5 tenants. -Tenant tooltip wraps the names better for clarity. -Town area is now still selected when placing walls and fences.
