Fixes: - Fixed interactions with the tech 'Tinder' - Fixed 'Arsenal' not working if created during combat - Fixed 'Repairing Burst' not working if created during combat - (Hopefully) Fixed an issue where the achievement 'Nothing can harm me!' sometimes wouldn't unlock - Fixed some cards which required a target when they shouldn't. (jolly good card, firecracker) Also added new artworks for a few cards
