A couple of changes + fixes — Heat Death Steam update #1828999

Balance changes - Wish on a Raindrop and Mania will now only affect buffs, rather than all status effects. - The cards 'White Cell' and 'Drain' should now be affected by shieldpower, card modifiers and status effects. Other changes - The achievement 'A weapon feared even by stars' will now only count damage dealt to enemies, because dealing 200+ damage to allies is actually very easy. - Fast mode should now feature 4 bossfights Fixes - Fixed an issue where you would get achievement for beating a boss by exiting to the main menu. (Note to other unity developers: The 'OnDestroy callback is not the correct place to put this type of achievement unlock! Oopsie) - Fixed the card text which was broken on some cards that add a % bonus to damage.
