Airmen Update 1.12.2: Resource Refineries and Delivery Rework — Airmen Steam update #187946

These fort exclusive parts can be loaded with raw resource parcels to output their refined varieties at a one-to-one ratio. Refineries can store up to three parcels but the finished product must be manually removed before the next refining process begins. Each refinery is uniquely shaped to encourage clever building strategies to maximize resource refining speeds. Resource refining should open up a new twist on late-game resource collection, hopefully turning the slowest and safest collection strategy of mining into a high yield operation.
